1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Sazonia, a platform for food businesses to manage stores, publish QR digital menus and add optional modules.
Sazonia is operated by Pablo Araujo, natural person, based in the Republic of Argentina. Legal questions: legal@sazonia.com.
2. Account and service
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to contract. If you use Sazonia for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for that organisation.
Depending on the active plan, modules and addons, Sazonia may let you manage food businesses, stores, menus, categories, products, dishes, combos, public URLs, QR materials and team users.
3. Plans, payments and cancellation
Prices, discounts, currency, billing period and checkout conditions prevail over general references. Paid subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
Sazonia may use payment providers such as Mobbex in Argentina, Polar in Spain or Europe when the flow is active, or other future providers.
Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable law, mandatory consumer rights or a specific decision by Sazonia.
4. Beta, content and acceptable use
Sazonia may be in beta or initial launch. Features may change, be incomplete, contain errors or be unavailable at times.
Content you upload remains yours or your licensors'. You grant Sazonia a limited licence to host, technically adapt, display and distribute that content only to provide and improve the service.
You may not use Sazonia to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, publish unlawful or misleading content, attack platform security, scrape without authorisation, reverse engineer systems, introduce malware, spam or abusive automation.
5. Privacy, cookies and European consumers
Personal data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Cookies and similar technologies are described in the Cookie Policy.
If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom or Switzerland, nothing in these Terms limits mandatory rights that cannot be excluded by contract.
6. Warranties, liability and law
Sazonia is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or specific results.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina, unless mandatory rules in your country of residence provide otherwise.
